What information we collect
When you request a quote or fill out a contact form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and details about your move, like the towns involved and roughly what you’re moving. That information is sent into our CRM system, where our office staff uses it to schedule your in-home estimate and follow up if we haven’t heard back.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to contact you about your move, schedule an estimate with Darnell, and send you a written quote. We don’t sell your name, phone number, or email address to other moving companies, lead marketplaces, or third-party marketers. If you call our office, that call may be recorded or tracked for scheduling and quality purposes, the same way most local businesses handle their phone lines.
Cookies and site analytics
This site uses basic analytics tools to understand which pages people visit and how they found us. That data is aggregated and isn’t used to identify you personally. If you’d rather not be tracked, most browsers let you block or clear cookies without affecting your ability to browse the site or submit a quote request.
